Body

When we feel ourselves as anything other than our energy within; we are just a body heading for death. There are studies, you can read some of Depak Chopra's work, when you think of anything other that the spirit, you are accelerating you aging process. Depak Chopra writes beautifully about this in; Reinventing the Body, Resurrection the Soul, one of this latest books that describes the testing science has done on meditation and the aging process.

Your purposeful attention to your inner self brings the vastness of the universe into your cells through out the day, separating and giving air; or spirit to your body and aging. Thinking of your inner guide is not only great for your mind; creating openness of thought and options, but good for your body also. The access of the spirit into and through your mind helps spirit to come in to your being and keep your body healthy and rejuvenated through out the day.

On the other hand, thinking of the physical world is a narrow path. These thoughts only allow inner energy to enter through the work you have on your mind. If you are thinking about the latest argument you had or problem at work, you have virtually cut off access to your body health. If you are sick, or in pour health you are thinking of the pain or spreading disease. This way of thinking only accelerates the growth of you illness or problem. Sending the full power of your inner energy to a problem is a dangerous solution; it is sure to keep the problem in place or accelerate the growth of it.

Know you are a whole being living in this world with the other things around you. All the things, people and situations are fear to be a part of your experience and growth; spiritually. Do not consider them a choice in the thoughts you think, they are here to show you a way into you inner self. Think of all those people and things around you as energy props, the ones you want to stay around you, be grateful the others look past them.

The choice to think only of you inner energy self is the only path to a long, healthy and peaceful life.

Discipline Where You Are

Discipline is what it takes to be successful at what you are doing. We may have success, yet discipline will push you over the edge to being the best. I am not talking about doing an extreme make over on your life. I am saying to start with your life as it is.

I am a mom I wanted to be a great mom. I also believe in peace and love, as in the way Jesus, Buddha, Dali Lama, and many others teach it. I believe that living this way is the only way we are going to effect change in the world; ie to bring peace the the world. So I started there. I say the times that I got mad at the kids for not behaving; I forced myself to correct, or state how would be a better way to behave, and I let it go. I saw the times when I let my anger fester about the way the kids did not do what I asked, and I forced myself to be happy. I have lived with the same adversities that many moms do these days and saw myself being a low grade upset. I forced myself to be happy in all situations. I want to teach my kids the value of happiness during adversity; after all they will have plenty of adversity in there lifetimes, why be unhappy? Adversity always changes, but your choice or chance to be happy does not.

I started discipline with what I had to work with, you can too.We all have beliefs that we have and do not live by; we all have lives that can be improved. Discipline is deciding to make what you believe and how you act work as one in this world of seductive options. Not all things are options when it comes to your discipline, but in the end you will be a better person for starting were you are and using self discipline to become a true mind, body, spiritual success.

Emotional Assignation

Your thoughts have power, so every thought you think goes to a target. If you think negatively about others, judge them, find them wrong, you are emotionally assigning them. We have all done this in some form, to find something we do not like about others behavior and think or talk about it with another. This is a form of abuse that goes un-talked about. Many of us do not want to live up to this kind of integrity. We have a million excuses like "what will we talk about?", for instance.  The truth is that as we mature emotionally, we do have things to talk about, they are different things, like ourselves and ideas that we want to explore. Life becomes full of good things and better things to talk about. I have found that it is of no use to talk about the things I do not like, the power that is needed to do so is needed elsewhere. I like peace and what it brings with it, and you can't have peace if you are always thinking and discussing all that is wrong in your life.

I will be the first to admit that it has been a long road in learning this lesson. When you follow the guided way, you will notice patterns. This one is at the end of the pattern for me. The end always brings a little "hair of the dog", or a little of my own medicine. Gratefully, when I am about to learn something in the highest order, I have to experience it on the other end, the one I have been dishing out for years. It is not the easiest pill to swallow, but I know it is what I need to never do it again. Peace of following your inner energy allows you to see that others are "OK" if they do not do things the way you think is best. You start to see all of others' lives as the best they can do. If this is effecting your life, you know it is time to move on and let them have their views until they are in enough pain to change it.

In this way of pattern learning, we all come full circle to understanding that life is whole. That we did what we did out of energy, and now the energy is purified by the pain of the path. I have understood different levels of emotional assignation for a while, but it always has to run the course of knowledge to the knowing.

Inner Connection

I went to a 'Ten Secrets to Inner Peace' class last night. Not because I felt a need, but I was being a bit of a groupie. I do admire the life coach that teaches the class, it was very general class, though. I think I could boil it down though to three real truths of peace.
     1. You have to want the peace above everything else in the world; no excuses!
     2. Peace or the practice of it, takes work, perseverance and true devotion! and more work! It is a practice in all you do and you have to live it. Peace does not come just because you added some new info to your life. The practice is to feel the peace with in you, at all times.
3.You do not find peace alone; it is a guided path that you have with your inner power, part of peace is learning, knowing, trusting your inner self. Peace comes from the experience of feeling something bigger and better than you is at work in your life.

Now that being said all the rest can follow. Everything else in the class was about how to build the skills of practicing learning and experiencing peace from within. Remember the truth, that peace is a feeling you have regardless of what happens in your life. She mentioned simplifying life. Decide to let some things go until tomorrow, or make half, a portion a goal not he whole project. Practice giving. Do for others and take your mind off your own small world. This brings peace and helps you be happier to do the work that needs to get done when you come home. Go for a walk and practice breathing exercises. If you can't go out; breath with a picture of nature. Breathing exercises help immensely but you have to use them a lot to create new patterns of peace in your mind.

Connecting with your inner self, I like this one! It is more the reality of  how to get inner peace. The coach went through a body scan and this is part of connecting with your inner self. You can use a body scan to find stress points and release tension; this can give you instant connection to your inner self, when you get the hang of the practice. Once you practice the body scan a few times you can see the repeated places you hold tension this is a fast trigger to releasing tension. Look for the stress points first and your peace will return faster, after you get the hang of this exercise. Taking the time to connect with the inner self is finding peace in all situations. That is the peace. This takes practice, practice in peaceful times so that start to develop new patterns of handling stress before you have a stress meltdown.  Releasing all resistance, old pain and letting go of how we think things should be. All those things are blocks to the path of peace.

I still know from experience that you have to work on feeling your inner self and ask that for guidance.  When you feel and recognize the inner self you know peace. It is this relationship with your inner power that is true inner peace.

The Birds Sing to Me

Yes in the ultimate reality of emotional intelligence, the birds sing to us all, the graces of life itself.
I remember one morning about half way through my first marriage being woke by birds singing. My husband, out of the quiet of the morning said, "They sing for you." It was a corny little love thing to say at the time, but I have always held it dear to my heart. Many of times through these years I have thought of him saying this to me, not feeling like there was any reality to it. But, we all know in our hearts and souls, that they do, in fact, sing for us. It is the spiritual truth that all is one. We say this, know it to be true, but living it makes us live to a higher standard. We avoid living here, it is too much work on those days we want some extra attention because we feel slighted.

In the end we know deep within ourselves that we are part of the whole world. I woke this morning to a beautiful song in my head, and went out to walk the dog. There I found the birds singing to me. I remember the days that I used to awaken angry, groggy and sad. But, I have slowly seen an improvement in my happiness level. The "energy that is one" is always working to better your life, and as I have seen, it has worked in mine. I take no credit for the change in my mind, I know I could have not have done it on my own. All I did was be persistent in asking that inner energy for its help in healing. I read, listen to and watch all those that have been on this path before me. I have heard Echart Tolle, Emily Dickinson, Shakespeare, and many others say the same thing. The whole of the world sings for us to heal. It is a beautiful knowing that there is so much power within us, kind of like a private cheering squad.

Just think of those that can not move, maybe even those who are imprisoned. They can see the world this way and find peace and happiness in the power that is in them. I know that I have no excuse for not seeing the world this way all my life, other than I did not know it existed. I have lived an average life, nothing as bad as some have. But, I found my way here. I encourage you to find your way down this path too, because living with the birds makes life worth living.

Thought Momentum

I have to tell you, one of the first things that I experienced was that my thoughts raced about everything. Mostly, they repeated how others were doing something I thought could be improved upon. Even when I tried to slow down my thoughts, they would speed up with a momentum of there own. I found out that this is true, that thoughts do have and create their own momentum. So, the next logical thought is to create a momentum of thought you want to think. This is also true, but your mind, being a machine that has already been programmed to think along another path, will revert to that path until you lead it back to the new path enough times to override the old thought paths. Life is an evolution of training your mind in behaving only along energy patterns of the highest order.

You can start to slow down your thoughts by using feeling, by starting to feel your body. The most noticeable place that I found my thoughts landed was in the back of my neck and shoulder blade area. The skin would pinch and I would have to let down my shoulders. You can find the stress there, or wherever you may hold it. Even if you do not have any idea what is causing the stress, give it the energy inside you. Ask it to help you transform the stress into an answer that will heal your world. Many of the times we say the stress is from a person or situation, but it is not, it is from the feelings we get from that person or situation. Now you may say this is the same thing, but it is not, our feelings are related to our perceptions situations. All perception is filled with what we think of the person, our past experiences, and how we are feeling in general at the moment. Now, when I understood this, I panicked, I realized at that moment I could not trust anything I thought. You have to trust your thoughts, but now, you have slowed your thoughts down enough to act differently. You must try to take out the truth in the situation and act upon it, not what you thought it was before.

Thought momentum can be slowed down in all sort of ways, but never alone. Always know all of your power to change is from the energy within you. So. ask it to help, and listen to your inner energetic guidance.

Your Highest Potential

Everyone's highest potential is to live out of their own inner energetic power. This energy calls to you at every moment of the day. It begs you to be the best person you can be in all of life's circumstances. It mellows you in peace, and grows you beyond anything you thought possible. We all want to do what is right, to be the best that we can be, and have our lives have meaning. This path in life fulfills all of that. Not many of us want our lives to change, we want the people, places, and things we have; we worked for them and like them. We just want them to be better and to have purpose. This is your highest potential, to live with an inner relationship that puts meaning into your life.

We often think the people in our lives should give us more, love us better. The real joy is when we learn to love them, it puts meaning in the day. There gets to be a point that you feel a little alienated from the rest, but upon closer inspection, you realize you would not do anything differently. You did not learn a new skill for the reward, you learned it to bring depth and meaning into your life, that is the reward.

I have started to see people differently, they either mean well or do well. The do well people have a different quality, they speak well and only of ideas, not of other people or of things. They speak of this energy and they want to use it. The others, those that mean well, talk about other people, so they feel better about themselves, and how their future will get better. Yet it never does.

Your highest potential is in how fast you can develop a relationship with your inner energy.

Watering Your Seeds

Many times we get angry and forget our seeds of intention. I have a friend that wants very much to water the seeds of intention for us to get together and have a relationship. His efforts have been rooted in intention, but every time he thinks his efforts are not paying off, he gets angry. As a gardener does, you have to plant the seed in the sun, water it with affection and knowing. This knowing is a form of energy that feeds all things in life. It is the knowledge that life is energy and that if the seed you planted is meant to grow, it will. If you dig your seed up and yell at it; tell it that it is growing in the wrong direction and withhold your love it becomes a stunted plant, or byproduct of your time and effort. Eventually the very thing you are trying to nurture will die, from lack of love. We get angry and feel justified, that we are right and the other is wrong; we lose our initial seed of intention. The seed does not receive our energy or our thoughts. Now we start to water the seed of "needing to be right", rather than the person or thing we love and want to improve on.

Now, we all have things that we want to improve on in life, so don't get upset, I am not belittling this fact. What I am saying is that energy works on different rules than we do. You have to work on its terms. Whatever the problem is, you have to give the opposite to the problem. So, if your partner does not help you around the house, you have to help him, and at the same time water the seed, or thought, of love. Or, you can do the work yourself, but you have to think of it as the help and love you need. Think of the work you are doing as extra energy from the energy pool, that you are getting what you need, and then thank that same energy for your partner. Even when we don't feel loving or happy about our lives, our thoughts are working an energy magic deep in the soil of our lives. So put on your thought blinders and see your garden with rows of what you need. On the days when you can't muster the idea that your garden is growing good things, tell yourself it is anyway.

A Blog is Born

My name is Michelle, and I am a single mother of three beautiful girls. My life is full of ups and downs just like everyone’s life. I have spent the majority of my life teaching myself about psychology. Even as a child I saw how unhappy others were, but I wanted so bad to help and understand the real reason.

People would say they were upset because of something physical, but even as a kid I could see that the physical meant something deeper. This caused even more trouble as I grew up because I would tell people what they really meant. They didn't like that because they wanted it to be other people’s fault, of course so did I, when it was my turn. I did not understand what I was doing wrong. As time went by I started to read more about spirituality and Eastern philosophies. I started to see that what was really missing in everyone’s life was a sense of wholeness. Eastern philosophies teach that we are one mind, body, and spirit. Along with this I was learning about energy and realized that I was reading others energy patterns.

I have spent the last three years developing my skill, and I call it that because I can teach anyone to read the energy patterns in their lives. This is the majority of why people live in unhappiness, they just don't know how to honor this side of themselves and follow the information. This information comes to us every moment of the day and most of us ignore it or attribute it to something else, and if we follow it we ruin the outcome because we misuse it.

The energy by which we are designed is unbiased and has its own rules, higher rules, the real rules that run the universe. This is why we make a mess of what we receive from the information. We just were not taught the rules or how to use them. I will admit that it takes time, effort, and attention to develop your skills of knowing this and using them. Yet I can testify that it is the best thing you will ever do and will be only thing that brings lasting change to your life.

Each day I will write something in hopes to inspire you, maybe I can help you get unstuck, or help a new truth dawn on your consciousness. It is easier than ever to make change in your life. All you have to do is practice and dedicate effort. Notice I did not say time, I am a single mom, time is not an option. When I was learning for myself, I read time, meditation, and it put me off. I was exhausted and depressed, and just wanted help, so I found ways to bring this idea into my life with what I had. Sleep and depression, yes even that. It really takes effort and the time comes later. The very energy you seek to learn about wants you to know it, so it will very much create time in your life. It will create time when you show it that you want it in your life, and you show it by making it part of your life.

Blessings to you all on our journey together, my hope is to inspire you, and be the catalyst to making a better world one person at a time. If you will follow me, I will change your life and those around you for the better. I am looking forward to what you all have to say, and know that you will teach me also.
