Waking Up

If you want to start to wake up to energy, to dissipate your old thoughts; fast, go volunteer. I am talking to help others that are dying, in nursing homes. I will have to add, do not talk to the people around you. If you do, you will get caught up in the physical part of life, believing that it is the reality of what is happening in the world.

Go someplace and do the worst of jobs, clean bed pans and take out trash. Be kind to all that pass you, and when they do not appreciate you, go home and cry. Know that this is the fastest way to a dialogue with your inner self, oh wait, you do not have to volunteer; you already live this life.

Yes the fastest way to waking up to your inner self is to force yourself to do all this with love, reserve and all judgment. Use you thoughts to understand you are doing all this to transform your world, forget how it all looks. Pretend that everything that is happening is not staying, it is changing; because it is.

Cry a lot, crying loosens you old thought patterns. When you are tired and give up on how things are going; that is when your inner energy can make change. Waking to your inner self shows you how much of life you were missing. You start to see that all your judgment and wants got in the way of seeing how life really was. How much you really wanted others to appreciate you, waking up teaches you that you appreciate yourself; then you see how much you did not appreciate those around you. Now you can though, being wake is to understand our own selves in this energy world. To see all the ways we did not engage; and blamed others for the short coming.

The awake state, is to understand that it does not matter what anyone else does; it only matters how much grace, or energy you, yourself, can bring to the moment you are in. As the song goes, "Wake up, Wake up! Everybody up! Everybody Up!".

Lasting Relationships

I recently met a beautiful couple that was so in love, even after years of life trauma. It is so rare to see people that have grown together in life; one is always touched by them. I have thought about them so much over the past few weeks. I also have wanted nothing more that to have such a relationship in my life; even though I will not ever have that. I am twice divorced. it got me thinking though, what makes you the kind of person that would not just live together, but thrive together.

Faith is the deciding factor. I am not talking about ordinary faith; but the kind that says, 'no matter what transpires; I love you, and you love me'. This life does not have a lot of room for that kind of unwavering faith. You as a person have to have you on the energy of the love above all else in this world. Through years of ups and downs, hurt feelings, death and ordinary disappointments; faith in the love that binds them.

You have to have the ability to empower each other at what might seem you own expense. You have to overlook a lot of what others take offence to. But in the end you come out with this perfectly nurtured love. I will tell you these too shine with this love! You can see that it has been what nurtured them through all of life together. They nurturing the love and the love nurturing them back. Amazing how the circle of love, or energy of life, works for us.

I know I have seen this love only two times in my life. Once as a child, and I strive to understand it and wanted to learn to live it. I know I am living it and teaching it to my kids; and that I may not have it with a partner, but I know I have it with my kids. I see that my efforts to understand have paid off in that the next generation will be better off for my faith in this love; because of my efforts in building lasting relationships with my kids.

Suffering

Sometimes we say that someone hasn't suffered enough. This is a selfish kind of thinking that says,"we should be the judge of others pain and suffering." We are not able to judge anyone else's pain. We just can not know all the factors involved in someones else's grief or learning processes.

The kind of suffering I am talking about is the kind that comes through in the related and future dealing with the people and situation that we learn from. I am talking about when we make others suffer injustly over our own short commings and then expect them to know we learned from the action and consequence.

When we suffer we can learn. It is in the sufffering with our inner energy that we learn the true meanings for our choices and the results are that we approach the people with a sense of humility. I am not talking about humility that says that we are sorry and that we know our place in the pecking order because of our actions. I am talking about humbelness that says, "I know I have treated you unfairly and I am sorry, but I am an equal person and have learned." This kind of energy does not have to be spoken. This kind of energy is revealed in the patience of the learned person. This sort of humility has a space that allows the others around you to see that you have changed before they have to deal with you in an unprotected way. The energy speaks for itself. Energy always conveys to others your true motives.

Your inner energy wants you to allow it to suffer with it, this is the healing process that helps the energy itself to purify your choices so you learn from them. This kind of inner relationship and suffering is not about why we have to suffer it is about knowing how we make others suffer. It is a relationship that the energy itself uses the time to show you how you have hurt others and helps you feel whole and humble in the future dealings with all people. Suffering with your inner energy is a healing to make your life peaceful and whole.

Cry For Me

Have you ever started to think of someone or something and just had an overwhelming feeling of wanting to start crying? Do you just cry, without thought, without judgment? Or do you think that they need your help? Do you think of the last bad interaction that you had with them and cry for how it turned out, or how they have hurt you? Energy itself will ask you to cry for those that have hurt you. When you consciously ask to heal those that have hurt you, you are instantly healed yourself. Energy does this as the fastest way to heal you. The only problem is that we do not want to help those that we think have hurt us, so it takes longer to heal.

Did you now that you can cry for someone else? Did you know that that could heal their pain and that, in turn,  heals the collective energy pain? That is the highest form of healing; to know that you were overwhelmed by the pain of humanity, and that your tears were shed for the healing of the whole.

I have a little bird that has survived in my care. In the quiet times, I feel the magic that is contained in its existence. I am in awe that it is alive, but on one occasion I felt a deep pain for the mother that lost it. I have seen how birds and animals look and stand over there dead babies. There is a collective energy that is present in all living things that is as powerful as creation itself. To sit quietly and witness it and feel it brings awe into our world.

When I felt the pain of this little bird and the pain of its mother, I had an overwhelming sense of wanting to start crying. I knew that I could cry for them. This is no small task, You have to be able to go in and feel the pain, to allow the tears to heal and to walk away with the knowledge that you have just healed a small part of the collective pain that is growing in all the world.

There is much pain between mother and child for many of millennium and it is this that can help make others pain bearable enough to live another day.

Knowing we are here to let this energy pass through us and heal it on the way is a gift that will transform the world. It is the outlet that the energy itself uses to make life bearable for the people that are not able to be conscious in this life. So, cry. Do not judge.  Just know that you are whole and that you are making the world a better place for it.

Love/Trap 2 and Ramblings

I need to add another layer to this blog, if you are following your inner guide, it is a guarantee that you will succeed. What I am trying to say is that, all of your life's endeavors are an energy pattern. This means that the pattern ends with the completed form of your inspiration.

The truth is that when we live from the place of peace that we are intimately connected with the energy within us, we know we have the power of the universe behind us. The worry of the physical world is what makes the things we want, or need take so long to materialize. It is the thought of all the worries that block or weigh down the energy that makes energy stop or slow down. This place of peace, that we feel has to be felt more that 80% of the time we are awake. This is the tipping point of energy, 80%. So thinking of all the things that can go wrong, or re-planning how you are going to do it, or wondering if you are right; are blocking the reality that you want to happen in your life.

The place of peace is felt, it is in the times we sit still and feel the energy within us that is the clear power that is working in us to transform the world. You do not have to sit for this to work, start thinking it is working in your life even when you are cooking, acting with kids, family and friends; feel it at times you are active, it will respond. When we have our own agendas, that is what we feel is the best for us, and maybe not the best for the universe, we can do the change but it may take longer. It is in letting go of how we think things should go that is the speed needed for quantum leaps of energy.

I have to say from experience that that place of peace comes with a not caring, and I do not mean, not caring about life; but a not caring about others opinions. You start to see that others opinions are based on their perceptions, and not reality; reality being the clear feeling of peace. This peace leaves you with the understanding that others can not see you as you are, they can only see you through the lens of how they think. Others will not see you with the beauty that is radiated from you, at times some will feel it and respond, but those close to you will miss it. They are busy seeing the problems of the past and how they see the moment, through a cloud of old thoughts. There is no longer a need to correct them for their misperceptions, the feelings within you will work out the details that are needed to maneuver you into the place you need to be free of those perceptions. You live from the knowledge that their perceptions can not hurt or effect you any longer.

Your inner guide will bring you the peace that you need to transform your world. It is the reason we are here and the power to create we all seek. It has always been here and will always be, and all we have to do is relax and feel it working. Remove yourself from your ordinary fears.

Volunteer

The energy of the volunteer is of service to the world. Believe it or not, there is a quality of volunteering that you can grow and mature from.

At first, we are taught that we volunteer in the community. This is nice, but it is physical. It gets you acknowledgment. In a selfish way it lets you feel good because you have openly helped and the world knows it. The next level of volunteer is going to help others in hospice or some other kind of other pain. That starts to effect your life because you are getting involved emotionally. Now we all get involved emotionally, but that is not how you can help, to the best of your ability. Remember to focus on the good, or inner energy, is what transforms the situation.

The last level is when you learn to volunteer with something deep, like taking care of an aging person, or nursing. To be able to do this with out depleting your emotional resources is the highest form of emotional maturity. It is to learn that fallowing this energy is a calling, and that it has to be done in the energy itself, regardless of the outcome. That you do make a difference, even when no one acknowledges that. To know that you are part of a bigger energy and that energy works through you is the evolution of the volunteer energy.

Love The World

You can love the world and do your best for it through your inner energy. When you feel your inner energy as something that is always with you; you are living through it. This creates the best world for the world. Each of us is a little world inside the outer world, all that we choose effects the world in the whole. We all fit together like clogs in a clock. When you access your inner world, through your inner energy field, you are cooperating with the whole universe.

Because we have such a limited vocabulary, in comparison to the universe, what we call the energy of the world equates to love. Love as the universe sees it is so vast, it includes all of the feelings of the world, but it is the depth that makes cooperating so worthwhile. When you cooperate with this feeling, you feel the peace and love in return, as if the energy itself is thanking you. What we call love seems so ordinary and selfish, once we feel the truth of the love we have with the energy of the world.

There is a quieting of the mind when we look for the feeling that connects us to the energy we have with the universe. Once we get quiet, the peace turns into love so great. After a while we see that we love all in the world, because all things and people bring the opportunity for that love in some form.

All you need to do is value that love more than every thing in this world. What you want will stay and the rest will fall away. So love the world as a reason to live the best life you can live.

Forgive

I have thought about this for a while. Forgiveness is a way to heal, move on, and know that you want peace more that anything else.  I have been thinking about what to write about forgiveness and my mom gave something to write about last night.

I went to a class last night and left my kids home with my mom. She has to take care of my three year old, but my older ones were here too. They usually come with me. I got home on a spiritual high. It was a class about inner peace. I enjoyed it a lot, but I really went for the teacher. I like her and crave being around like minded people. Anyway, when I got home, my ten year old told me that my mom had spent the night rifling through my personal things. She was looking through my drawers, reading papers I keep in them, and looking through my closet. I am so glad I came home full of inner peace! I am, well used to be, the sort of person that would have hung you out to dry for such a transgression. I had all the usual thoughts. I don't do this to her. What do I say? Then I realized that she is only doing what she knows how to do; be disrespectful. She can not respect herself, so how can she respect me? I would venture to say that she has no concept of respect, because she has not defined herself, or what her values are. What is there to respect when you are not a whole person? She sees herself as a collection of good decisions she has made about money. Others do not live up to that measure, so we do not deserve respect.

I never got mad, I just rode that spiritual high all through the night. I stayed up thinking about all this. I realized that I did not have anything to hide anyway, and that I wanted to have a better relationship with my mom. So I asked her this morning how I could help her, maybe do a little laundry. We had a nice conversation and I came up to write. I see it all as testimony that my inner power has transformed me. I also feel confident that it is all energy that is working to get me out of here. I also trust that the same inner energy is working on its own form of justice. I feel good that I did not allow her behavior to effect me and that I still treated her with love. I am sure that it is not all my doing. I have great power behind all that I do, even forgiving.

Levels of Reality

There are different levels of reality, they coordinate with your emotional development. One person can believe that it is "OK" for them to do something that another person would never do. This is common, but what you do not see is that it is an emotional intelligence level. That is not to say that you can assume that the person is bad, dumb, or wrong. You can, however, say that they do not understand. This is a big thing. We like justice and being right. We humans will go to great lengths to prove our "rightness." Once you start to learn emotional intelligence though, you see that they are right, and so are you. They are right in accordance with their own emotional development. You can not be mad and help them learn a different way. We all need to learn on our own time. The one thing you can do is accept that they do not know, and walk away. Other people's emotional intelligence is not your responsibility, and it is not up to you to show them how what they do is making others miserable. It is your inner energy's responsibility though, and it will teach that person. If someone is repeatedly making these level mistakes, this is your guidance to move on. The energy inside you is telling you thet you two are not a good fit, and you shoul find someone else.

I recently met a potential friend, I was happy because I had just moved to the area. Now this person is working under the belief that it is her responsibility to raise the neighbor kids, because their parents work a lot. Well, when I was younger and had my first child I thought the same thing, that it takes a village to raise a child. I will still agree, this is true on one level. Yet from another level, it is an excuse to vent you anger and point of view on others. I did feel that way then. The energy of the world sets us on a course with the people in our lives because we will learn best from them, not the neighbors. Now I have grown to understand that it is my full responsibility to raise my own kids, I understand a level of intelligence that others do not know. I also understand it is my moral duty to raise my children in this way to create a better world, I do not want others to raise my kids. I do not want a lower level of perception to take root in there young minds. So you see, she is right and I am also right, and that was the parting of ways for me. She can have her life as it is and I want mine, untainted buy her beliefs.

So reality is not as cut and dry as we would like to think. You have to protect your reality if you know that it is right and that you are teaching it out of the energy of the universe. If you are teaching your level of reality and it is not in harmony with your inner energy it will feel wrong. You will feel bad about it, or it will cause chaos. You will know the right, or highest level of reality, when you are at peace with the feeling it gives you.

Lies

I am going to venture to say that we insist that people lie to us. This may make some mad, but that is my point. Your anger makes them lie. I have watched human nature all of my life, and if you step back and see it all in a sort of slow motion, you can see the energy at play. Now, when we confront people, we are using our energy to convey that they are wrong. But, with energy in the picture, they may not be.  If we understood energy, it works in a different way.

So lets look at it from an energy perspective. Lets say your mate, friend, or family member starts going out without you. They are acting on an energetic urge to be away from you. Are you going to support this? What if the energy is for the better, if they need to go because you are no longer getting along? What if they are at an emotionally different level than you and can't put it into words that they need to go, or that they are not ready to go because they fear for there safety? Maybe they need to branch out and have some time to themselves, all relationships need space to grow. "Oh," you say, "they owe me an explanation, after all we have been through." Yes on the level of the earth stuff they do, but they can't, because they do not feel safe.   AND, on an energy level, they may need to lie to you so you grow to learn that no one owes you anything. We all have to grow to learn that what we do is done unconditionally, no one is entitled to anything. Anger is a powerful thing, but from an energy level, it deserves a lie, because anger does not honor love, it blocks love. You are with people around you out of love and love forces us to grow, to evolve to its level. We have to grow to that energy level because we are energy beings.

So the next time you condemn someone for their behavior, stop and think of how your behavior effects them. Are you approaching them out of love and empowering them?  Are you willing to support them even if it rocks your world? Are you willing to talk calmly and try to work things out even if it means to work out separating? OR are you going to go on insisting that every one is a liar and not look at how you fit into there lies?

Mind, Body, and Soul

When our mind, body and soul are working together they form an alliance full of peace and power. It is the journey of recognizing our guidance and power, and uniting this trio that is our essential selves, which makes us whole. You can tell yourself that you are outwardly preforming a task with good intentions and, of course, according to your ego, you are. You do this with your mind and body, but all the while your soul, or energy system, is emitting your true motive. Others can read this and, if they honor there own guidance, they know the truth. If they don't, they will believe you, and feel split and tortured because they are ignoring a part of themselves. Back to you; you will feel the stress of the split also, the stress of ignoring your soul, or inner guidance, comes in your body through the nervous system. At first it is a gagging thought that won't go away. Next it is a more constant thought, then it becomes a physical problem, perhaps an ache of some kind. Lastly, the stress becomes an illness of some sort. This is the evolution of the split of our selves, on the stress level. We do not know or see this split because, if we did, we would have to change our behavior. We could not go on acting badly. The motive of acting badly is that we get our way faster and on a physical level. Once we start to grow our mind's emotional skills we start to understand that not all the things we want are in our best interests, and we no longer care about getting our way. We care more about the effect we have on the world around us.

Making your mind control your thoughts and actions in accordance with your soul honors that we are energy beings first and foremost. We are, but that is not valued in our world as if yet. Yet, when you bring your mind in line with your soul, and act out of this guidance, your are at peace with the world around you. You may have problems that arise but they don't stay as problems. They dissolve into the answers because you listen for the guidance that directs you as to how to handle the situations. The peace comes from knowing that you are never apart from the answer. You have made yourself a whole unit by being what you are first, and that is an energy being, having a life here, at this time, in history. Peace comes from being whole. When you are whole, you lack nothing, and nothing is unobtainable. That is where your power comes from, and feeling empowered enough to know there is a part of yourself that is able to resolve any situation that arises.

The world may not value making life whole as of yet, but if you live it, you will. Putting your mind, body and soul in alignment is the best thing you can do in in your life. So, enjoy the peace.

Victim vs. Victimized

Now, you may say that they are the same, that being victimized makes you a victim, but it does not. I too thought like this, and at one time in my life I saw the world differently. On the whole, I thought that people were inherently selfish and thoughtless. I am not sure that I thought they were out to get me, or out to take advantage of me. I certainly thought that they put own welfare before mine, and that may have been true. Yet, I know another truth. That truth is simply that how you feel about how you fit into the world will be what happens to you. At one point I realized I felt like a victim and that I did not want to feel this way. It was at that point that I saw I could choose to do something or continue to feel this way. I can tell you this, even in circumstances  in which you can't move, either emotionally or physically, you can think. Thoughts are your power and when you start using this skill you will maneuver yourself out of any condition. Victims think of themselves as being victimized, and a lot of people are these days. However, being victimized does not make you a victim unless you believe you are worthy of that kind of treatment.  I know, none of us think we are worthy of bad things, but unconsciously we do. That is the power of our unconscious thought. Becoming conscious of not being a victim is very empowering. All of a sudden, the light goes on and you know that you can do something... anything. When you realize you can do anything, even the thought that you do not have to endure the thought itself of what happened, or is happening, is empowering. If it is a lingering thought of the abuse, you can empower yourself with thinking of healing.

There are some of us that feel like victims. I say feel because we don't know or see it that way, but we energetically transmit that emotion to others. We are the depressed, emotionally abused, and confused people that can't understand why we have people that pick us, all the time, to take advantage of. Now I have to say we don't understand this or see ourselves from this perspective, but it is going on. Energy flows in frequency's like a radio channel, so we emit that which we think. You can tell someone that does think this by the way they talk. They will talk about how "not nice" other people are and that they are "so nice." Their chatter is about how other people choose to hurt them or others. The energy behind their words is that they are better than the perpetrators.

When you think this way, you see the world through the lens of victim. You will measure everything others do by how it effects you, even if the original intent had nothing to do with you. I had an aquantence that told me she was going to have plans with a friend on Saturday night, so I made plans. I had friends over and three hours into my night that person called and asked what I was doing, I said that I had friends over and would give her a call later. The phone calls ensued that I was leaving her out, I was mean because I had not invited her. Well , this was an example of emotional blackmail, an energetically angry onslaught of how I was wrong. I know I was not wrong, my plans did not include a thought of her so they had no malice. I felt it was "ok" to sever the relationship, this was the energy message I was getting, from my guide, that we were ill-fitted as friends. Emotionally we are not in the same place and we would, or she would, continue to think I was hurting her. So, I released her from this torture. She can now go on like this or begin to grow emotionally, and outgrow this type of thinking.

The truly victimized have things that happen to them, but they see it as a difference of development, that the perpetrator is not at an emotional point at which they can behave better. The biggest difference is that we do not take it personally, and that we know we are stronger. We also must be aware that the events that take place become part of a plan, even if it is a plan for the moment, in our heads. We must begin to act upon it. We feel strong enough to move on and do not let the energy of others be a part of who we are as great beings.

Friendship

I look back at my life and see that I only have one true friend. We have not always been friends and it has been an on and off friendship. Friendship is not what I thought it was as a child. I grew up thinking it was what you did for others and what they did for you, because that was the example given to me.  It is so much deeper, and I was not always the best of friends. When this is what you think of it, you start to expect too much in return. True friendship is the energy of the love you put behind what you do, not what you do.

I will admit I married this friend, but never lost site of the friendship. When I divorced him, in 2005, I told our friends that I just wanted my friend back. It was one of the best seeds I planted in my life. Even though we have been through custody issues, I always kept sight of the fact that it was better to treat him with loving friendship than to argue. Even In the times I did not feel very loving, I always signed our letters, texts, and emails with "Love, M." I wanted to honor the underling intention of my care even in adversity. It has been many years now and our lives have mellowed out.  There has developed a wonderful energy behind all our dealings, kind of a mutual admiration society. I am so grateful that my seeds of intention grew and blossomed in this area. I see how it has taught me to be a better person in all ares of my life.

Seed Energy

We all contain energy of all things. Even when we don't use the skills, we have the ability to use and hone them and become proficient at them. Everything we do uses the strength of this seed energy. What you get good at is what you have practiced, so you have grown that seed. You can learn anything new, by believing in the energy within yourself that can assist you to learn.

So when your spouse is sitting on the couch and you have a million things that need to be done, he is watering his seed of selfishness. Now, do not get mad. You get mad because the other side of that energy is that you feel that you are not worthy of respect. It is a common theme, that makes people mad, but the seed of generosity needs to be watered in both of you. So you grow your generosity seed, even if you do not feel it for awhile. Your intention is the energy that creates growth in the seeds. Slowly you start to feel generous even when he does nothing. But the energy is still working, and energy is in all of us, so it is talking to him even if you are not. Your energy creates an urge in him to help, and as your intention increases and becomes proficient, his urge to help overcomes his need to help himself.

We are all vast and strong beings, so when someone says they are tired and can't help, it speaks to us on many different energy levels. First, your core energy knows you are strong and that not helping is wrong; it doesn't honor the energy itself. Second it is disrespectful to you that they leave you with all the work, it does not honor the seed energy that your partnership was a joint venture. Honor is a big rule with energy. It can only flow through you, unencumbered,  when you honor it. So the energy itself needs your devotion, honor, and loyalty. They all work together.
